Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders and providing recommendations on food and beverages;">
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas;">
  • Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience;">
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally;">
  • Lift boxes, kegs or stock, stand for long periods of time, and utilize stairs as required.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA);">
  • A Food Handlers Certificate;">
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG);">
  • The ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.">
