Food and Beverage Host

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serving Guests: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages in a timely manner, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operational Efficiency: Be fully aware of all events and activities within the hotel on a day-to-day basis, provide courteous and professional service at all times, and be responsible for an assigned section within the Restaurant or event area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, assist with opening and closing procedures, and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized work area, monitor operation supplies, and reduce spoilage and wastage.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and report complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found.
