Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be part of our vibrant team at the Sugar Gum Hotel.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing an enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting products and services to customers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Providing Responsible Service of Alcohol and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Working effectively with colleagues and customers to achieve excellent results
  • Following health, safety, and security procedures at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Previous experience working behind a bar or in a similar environment
