About the Role

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute people strategies that support business growth.
  • Mentor managers through employee relations matters, applying empathy and fairness.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a people-centric approach.
  • Support the implementation of HR and talent systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Promote initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive work environment – from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Leverage data insights to inform proactive people decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR/People roles, including at least 2 in a strategic or advisory capacity within a high-growth or dynamic business.
  • Talent strategy development and HR system implementation expertise.
  • Proven ability to support managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience mentoring managers and handling complex employee relations with clarity and fairness.
  • Success in implementing or improving HR systems and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and best-practice HR frameworks.
  • A track record of building culture, driving innovative attraction, retention, and development initiatives.

You will play a vital role in shaping a company that protects ecosystems and creates Indigenous pathways while building a strong, supportive workplace.
