Job Summary

Leading Office Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to fill our Office Manager position.

This key leadership role has a strong focus on Health, Safety and Wellbeing of staff. There is also a Business Development component, requiring collaboration with technical disciplines and sector leaders in considering the wider APAC region for future growth opportunities.

  1. Handling enquiries on major projects within the local geographical area
  2. Developing, facilitating, and enhancing relationships between internal and external clients and SLR team members
  3. Building rapport quickly with other technical discipline leads and managers and their teams
  4. Supporting staff with their overall health, safety, physical and mental wellbeing by being actively engaged in this area and approachable to handle staff queries and concerns
  5. Leading by example on company purpose, core values and vision
  6. Contributing and facilitating regular technical discipline and company planning meetings
Skills and Experience

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Appropriate Engineering, Planning, Science tertiary qualifications or relevant experience
  • Proven leadership and capability in managing a large office with multi-discipline staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and lead by example
  • A strong track record in building, nurturing, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
