Senior Database Administration and Team Lead

This is a senior position within the department responsible for managing and coordinating ICT services.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in database administration and applications team management.
The environment includes managing and supporting Oracle and SQL Server databases primarily on virtual servers in the cloud. These databases support high-end tier-one enterprise applications and may require after-hours code deployments. Some applications are internet-facing, so changes may be required after working hours.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality services by allocating resources effectively.
- Manage software, technology, and infrastructure to support these services.
- Experience as a Database Administrator and applications team lead with strong business acumen.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, customer service ethos, and integrity.
- Desirable: Experience or training with Oracle and SQL Server databases in a corporate enterprise.
