Care Coordinator for Paediatric Palliative Medicine

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Specialist to provide holistic care to children in need of palliative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide family-centred care to children across the region.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual patient needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate medical qualification (e.g. MBBS, MD).
- Registration with the relevant medical board.
- Experience in paediatric palliative care or a related field.
