Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our landscape construction projects in the Brisbane area.

  • Manage all aspects of landscape construction projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and other project documentation
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully managing landscape construction projects, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of landscape construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, and subcontractors
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, landscape architecture, or a related field
