Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support operations in various locations. The successful candidate will oversee activities associated with High Voltage for utility-scale projects.

  • Review and provide value engineering for electrical design.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of Electrical and General Construction codes.
  • Collaborate with PV Project Manager on schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee activities associated with High Voltage for utility-scale projects.
  • Review and provide value engineering for electrical design.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of Electrical and General Construction codes.
  • Collaborate with PV Project Manager on schedules and budgets.
  • Work with site management to ensure compliance with codes and contract drawings.
  • Ensure NEC, NEDA, and UBC code compliance on Medium Voltage work.
  • Identify conflicts in contract documents and collaborate with Project Managers to resolve them.
  • Lead and motivate field teams to meet project and company goals.
  • Assign work sequences to minimize safety risks and stay on budget and schedule.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of electrical experience in utility-scale solar and renewable energy.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good record.
  • Knowledge of NEC, UBC, local & utility requirements, OSHA regulations.
  • Journeyman Electrician or NABCEP certification.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
