Our organization is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting regular site inspections of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
This position requires a strong understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS) as well as the ability to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment. Collaboration with third-party vendors is also essential to ensure compliance with company-developed processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for notifying management of subcontractor performance issues, executing planned preventative maintenance, and addressing facility and plant faults and defects with effective solutions.
We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in electrical systems, a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification, Australian Citizenship, and NV1 vetting clearance. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively present information to internal departments, clients, management, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment, including electrical distribution, HVAC systems, and BMS
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with company-developed processes and procedures

Requirements:
