This full-time fixed-term contract position involves working as a Physiotherapist in Rehabilitation - Level 1/2 to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients at the hospital. The role requires appropriate support and advice to their carers, while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Job Responsibilities- Work within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure a high standard of Physiotherapy service is provided.
- Provide physiotherapy services tailored to the needs of individual clients and delivered in a style that aims to maximise their satisfaction.
- A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
- Significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing physiotherapy services in a rehabilitation, aged care, or palliative care setting.
- A current drivers' license and safe driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- A NSW Health-affiliated organisation recognises continuity of entitlements.
