Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
The role involves providing physiotherapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics and community centers. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans that promote optimal physical function and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote functional recovery and improve quality of life
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- Proven experience working in a rehabilitation setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
