Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our WallStreet team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the WallStreet application, ensuring its availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the WallStreet Production Environment is available and maintained.
  • Contribute to the technical design for system enhancements and automation of processes.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure end-to-end flows and trade lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support to the WallStreet FX application and integrated systems.
  • Participate in release management and change review.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a PACE framework.
  • Stable and relevant work history in financial services.
  • Experience with electronic trading, FX trading flows, and environment management.
  • Practical coding skills in at least 3 of the following: UNIX shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XSLT, Python, and Perl.
  • Working experience with CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jira, TeamCity, Artifactory, etc.
