The role of Digital Analytics Manager is pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that insights from digital analytics inform strategic decisions.
- Establish a robust measurement framework underpinning the Google Analytics 4 stack.
- Maintain dataLayer integrity, implement custom event tracking, and configure variables & triggers within Google Tag Manager.
- Deliver actionable insights by exploring advanced GA4 segments, identifying journey drop-offs, and creating compelling dashboards.
- Translate analytics into high-impact test hypotheses to fuel experimentation and drive conversion rate optimisation.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with GA4 implementation and ongoing optimisation.
- Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL and BigQuery to query GA4 export tables and integrate CRM/transactional data.
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Evidence of using analytics to drive revenue or engagement growth.
Desirable Skills:
- Audience activation know-how.
- Experience with Sitecore Personalize or other CRO/personalisation platforms.
- GA4 or BigQuery certifications.
To Be Competitive:
- 5+ years in digital analytics, with 3+ years at senior analyst or manager level.
- Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g., T-SQL/SQL).
Successful applicants will demonstrate a passion for harnessing the power of data-driven insights to drive business growth.
