Data-Driven Business Insights Specialist

The role of a Business Performance Analyst is to provide strategic insights and operational information to support business decision-making.
- Deliver data-driven reporting and analysis to inform business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex models from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and determine relevant targets.
- Support the development of a comprehensive reporting framework.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Google Sheets, and/or Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Translate large volumes of data into meaningful information and insights, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience in business performance analysis and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Working knowledge of insurance business processes and operations.
- Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Power BI, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, with a specialization in Information Management or Business Analytics.
