Job Title: Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

As a key player in managing and maintaining the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth.

This includes data management and cleansing, as well as maintaining and documenting marketing cloud configuration and operational processes. You will also be responsible for supporting integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, and developing and implementing marketing automation workflows and journeys.

Additionally, you will have experience/exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms. You will monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance
• Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
• Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
• Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and journeys
• Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms
• Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation is integrated with other systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality, and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, specifically Salesforce
• Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS
• Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
