Job Summary

We are seeking a customer experience specialist with strong sales support administration background to fill this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to and compliance with safety principles, standards, policies, and procedures of the organization.
  • Liaise with internal customers including sales teams to guarantee pricing offers align with standard price and contract structures and are processed accurately within designated time frames.
  • Introduce new customers to our company, guiding them through the onboarding process to enhance customer experience quality.
  • Collaborate with the commercial support team leader on initiatives applying continuous improvement principles to positively impact customer experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to commercial team members ensuring pricing offers and maintenance comply with organizational policy and procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in customer experience or support functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to multitask without compromising accuracy and follow tasks to completion.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team environment.
