Agency Community Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agency Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our agency community through education, training, and events.

Job Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AGENCY COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Develop and implement programs to educate agencies about our products and services.
  • NURTURE PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with our agency partners to understand their needs and provide them with the support they require.
  • PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF EVENTS: Plan and execute events such as webinars, workshops, and conferences to bring agencies together and provide them with opportunities to learn from each other.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure that all initiatives are aligned and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • EXPERIENCE IN AGENCY COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: 3-5 years of experience in managing agency communities, preferably in a B2B software company.
  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with event planning and execution.
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
