The Estates department currently has an opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join an expanding team and support them in ensuring UHI Perth is a fantastic place to study. Based at the Campus on Crieff Road, Perth, our Estates team ensure the facilities are in first class condition with a program of continual improvement. This includes day to day maintenance as well as refurbishment projects.
Reporting directly to the Director of Estates, this role involves carrying out maintenance and project work within all campus buildings, Halls of Residence and off-site locations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Carry out maintenance and project work as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in refurbishment projects as needed.
- Engage in continual improvement initiatives for facilities.
