Job Opportunity

This is a full-time position responsible for assisting with strategic planning, clinical training, and education across Perth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in surgical nursing alongside a roving surgeon.
  • Provide clinical training to clinics and individual nurses.
  • Improve patient care and business performance through coaching and mentorship.
  • Develop and deliver training action plans and sessions.
  • Oversee student placements and internships.
  • Assist with recruitment and induction of Head Nurse positions.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing or higher.
  • Strong surgical background and knowledge of veterinary nursing principles.
  • Proven focus on continuing education and training.
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills.
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
