As a Concession Manager at Mimco, you will be responsible for delivering the concession stores' financial targets and company key performance indicators.

You will focus heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
  • To drive sales, profit, and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
  • Ensure the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
  • Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers
  • Embody our key cultural values of;

Your Attributes:

  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Estimated Salary Range: AU$75,000 per annum
