  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the fashion and apparel industry;
  • A strong understanding of retail operations and ability to drive sales growth;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits;
