About the Role

The Product Owner - Business Managed Technology is a leadership and delivery role with a focus on galvanising members of the remediation Business Solutions function and Technology partners around a vision. This role understands and manages diverse stakeholder needs, prioritises business and technology enablers, and keeps optimisation of our Remediation Tooling and Data Assets for the benefit of customers at the heart of decision making.

This role will be accountable for operational maintenance, updates, and optimisation for Remediation assets to ensure tools remain fit for purpose. Additionally, it will be responsible for Remediation asset build and delivery / uplift for Remediation requirements as and when required.

What You Will Do
  • Guide Journey Experts and Data professionals within the Business Solutions function to design and deliver quality solutions and services in a fast-paced and well-managed way.
  • Develop the future roadmap of applications and ensure continual prioritisation and planning aligned to business and technology priorities with the customer at the heart of decision making.
  • Execute the Cloud transition Strategy that aligns with the business objectives and internal customer demands.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including Preparation, Processing, Technology, Data Analyst & Engineers, and Management to continuously gather requirements and input to ensure products meet user needs and expectations.
  • Ensure work is strategically aligned and engage with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies.
