WA Retail Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our WA showrooms to success.
About the role
The successful candidate will support and develop the WA team to achieve sales growth, exceptional levels of customer and team engagement and superior execution of retail operations and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with store teams to deliver all company objectives.
- Analyse business trends to identify opportunities and/or gaps to drive results.
- Create an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing and inspiring the team to enhance region performance.
- Recruit top talent to deliver the brand experience.
- Inspire team growth through individual development plans to promote an environment of accountability through effective people management.
- Protect company assets through loss prevention and operational efficiency.
- Leverage customer feedback to coach the team to further enhance the customer experience.
- Motivate, coach, and inspire store management teams to ensure they are brand champions.
- Monitor, measure, and hold the team accountable for execution of operational expectations.
- Consistently coach and develop to build capability to deliver retail excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive store operations experience at a senior leadership level.
- Previous multi-site management experience is essential.
- Experience in the furniture industry or working in a showroom environment is desirable.
- Availability to work every weekend.
