Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join our team in the construction of power systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building commercial or industrial power systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering.

This role involves leading project teams, consulting engineers, and contractors throughout the entire process of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for power-specific scope items. Key responsibilities include developing and issuing drawings, design documentation, and reports for aerospace, industrial, and commercial-type projects.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for writing, negotiating, and managing construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out. Additionally, they will resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time, coordinate with electrical utility providers for design/engineering to ensure reliable power service to critical site infrastructure, and interact with engineers, contractors, vendors, fabricators, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology is required, along with 6+ years of professional experience in the design or build of commercial or industrial power systems.
