Project Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our QLD Industrial Administration team at Project Redirect Inc Of The Distric.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Mastery: Maintain, review, and format documents to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Project Support: Govern and assist the project team with information management standards and workflows.
  • Setup Success: Aid in the setup activities for new projects.
  • Keeping Track: Maintain and review project registers to ensure everything is in order.
  • Smooth Operations: Oversee document management to ensure proper storage and template use.
  • Deliver Excellence: Assist team members in creating and distributing deliverables.
  • Active Participation: Attend client meetings and take minutes to keep projects moving.
  • Client Assistance: Be the go-to person for project needs in the office.
  • Logistics Management: Handle travel bookings, binding, photocopying, ordering PPE, and processing overtime forms.
  • Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly reports for Project Managers and cost control reports as required.
  • Onboarding Specialist: Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring they hit the ground running.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in similar project-based administration roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach to communication, tasks, and initiatives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
