About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Emydex Technology. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers in managing budgets, planning customer projects, and monitoring their progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers: Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and costs against deliverables.
  • Project Planning: Assist in planning customer projects and monitor their overall progress.
  • Issue Management: Manage and analyze issues, resolving them and initiating corrective action as necessary.
  • Team Support: Support Project Managers in building, managing, and motivating the Programming implementation team.
  • Resource Scheduling: Prepare monthly resource schedules to deliver customer projects to agreed timescales.
  • Project Tracking: Track projects in progress, ensuring that all related tasks are completed to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Quality Assurance: Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of projects delivered to customers.
  • Supplier Management: Manage third-party suppliers to customer projects as necessary.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with all stakeholders, including project team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Project Dependencies: Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects.
  • Customer Change Requests: Manage customer change requests, including preparation of quotes and delivery.
  • Annual Maintenance Agreements: Manage customer Annual Maintenance agreements.
  • Progress Reporting: Report the progress of all customer projects at regular intervals to the Head of PMO/CEO.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in Project Coordination using leading project management methodologies and processes.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple parties, including application programmers and third-party vendors.
  • Location Management: Ability to manage projects across multiple locations.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to join calls during non-standard working hours, with the latest call finishing at 10 pm.
  • Project Planning Tools: Experience with MS Project or similar Project Planning Tool.
  • Budgetary Control: Understanding of budgetary control and resource allocation procedures.
  • Community Building: Ability to create a sense of community among the disparate members of the project teams.
  • Transportation: Ownership of a car (desirable) and a valid Driving License.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of C# and SQL technologies (desirable but not essential).
