Customer Service Leadership Opportunity

The role of Customer Service Manager at our organisation involves leading a high-performing customer experience team to deliver exceptional service and drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in a leadership capacity, with a proven track record of managing customer service teams and achieving key performance indicators.

This position requires:

  • Leading, supporting and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets
  • Recruiting, onboarding, upskilling and coaching team members to a high standard
  • Assisting the team to achieve and exceed performance metrics
  • Developing and improving operational procedures
  • Cultivating a first-contact resolution culture to minimise follow-ups

The successful candidate will be a positive, engaging leader with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated negotiation and complaint resolution skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
