Guest Service Agent Role

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are seeking multiple full-time Guest Service Agents to provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will make guests feel at home with a welcoming and warm presence, guiding them through their stay from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing immediate inquiries or needs.
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels.
  • Process guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance and resolving issues.
Hourly Rates

Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour
Saturday: $33.38 per hour
Sunday: $40.05 per hour

Qualifications
  • Background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums.
  • Consistently delivers an exceptional standard of service, exhibiting a proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs.
  • Adept at fostering positive guest experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Presents professionally and is fully committed to a dynamic work schedule.
