The Role

We deliver health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government to our customers who are applying for visas to live, work or study in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines
  • Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a quality experience in our clinics

You'll work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, and be supported by an experienced Lead Physician.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
  • At least three years postgraduate experience
  • Strong customer service focus and experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds
