Job Description:

As a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver exceptional care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical care to residents in line with our organisational standards.
  • Be accountable for the health and well-being of our residents.
  • Administer medication accurately and undertake medication rounds where required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with full registration (no restrictions).
  • Post Graduate experience (desired 3 years).
  • Current qualifications in First Aid and CPR.
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical assessment skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead others.
  • A warm and empathetic approach to care.
  • Comprehensive understanding of gerontology and relevant aged care legislation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; listening, written and verbal.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
