Financial Operations Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled financial operations coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial engine, including full end-to-end payroll processing, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in business administration, bookkeeping, or accounts management, and 3+ years' experience in a similar role. They will also have solid experience with Xero and intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs. Additionally, they will possess a sharp eye for detail and a love of accuracy, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Qualification in business administration, bookkeeping, or accounts management
