Job Description

We are seeking a senior manager to join our audit team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audits and providing exceptional client service.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including ASX-listed companies, privately owned businesses and Not-for-Profits. Our audit process is designed to provide actionable insights and add substantial value for our clients.

As a senior manager, you will establish audit objectives, manage a team of auditors and identify and report on client financial risks relevant to external financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish audit objectives and manage a team of auditors to complete an effective audit process.
  • Identify and report on client financial risks relevant to external financial reporting requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality audit reports and related documentation.
  • Mentor and develop team members on each project engagement to grow skills and experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous audit experience in a mid-tier or Big 4 professional services firm.
  • CA qualified or hold a similar relevant overseas qualification.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills for direct interaction with owners/CEOs/CFOs and other stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver engagements timely.
  • Problem solving and analytical capabilities to provide effective solutions and mitigate risk.
