Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that all members receive a high level of service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in a reception management or member concierge role, and be able to demonstrate a passion for high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all members receive a high level of service and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and concerns

  • Demonstrated experience in a reception management or member concierge role
