Curriculum Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to create and manage E-learning modules, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand learning needs and design innovative solutions.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Gold Coast with flexible work options.

About the Role:

- Interpret technical content to design engaging learning experiences
- Create storyboards using adult learning principles and contemporary learning models
- Develop e-learning materials and digital tools using Articulate 360 and other platforms
- Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure compliance-driven training content and methodologies.
- Ensure quality assurance of e-learn design standards, user experience evaluation, and implementation of improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Relevant tertiary degree and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Minimum five years experience in e-learn/instructional design
- Strong skills in Articulate (e-learning authoring tool) to design modules
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to diagnose stakeholder needs
- Ability to pivot and change in team environments in a complex organisation
