Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Site Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating site operations, including data administration, general administration, and providing administrative support to the site management team.

  • Coordinating site operations, including data administration and general administration tasks
  • Providing administrative support to the site management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports
  • Assisting with data input, running reports, and interpreting reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Managing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Processing payroll and leave entries, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors
  • Raising and monitoring work orders, and maintaining accurate records

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, with experience in using software applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Passionate about problem-solving and helping others, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
