Job Title: Facilities Management Professional

The role of a Facilities Management Professional is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, encompassing groundskeeping services, maintenance work, and waste management.

  • Promote high team performance aligned with operational objectives.
  • Lead and motivate facilities staff to foster an open and values-driven culture.
  • Establish effective communication between facilities and other teams to deliver excellent, timely, and high-standard services.
  • Develop efficient rosters and staffing structures to ensure adequate staff availability at required skill levels.
  • Promote a safety culture by providing information, training, and supervision to manage workplace risks effectively.
  • E nsure compliance with all standard operating procedures from company and statutory perspectives.
  • Oversee and complete minor maintenance tasks that do not require specialized trade skills.
  • Develop and execute site-based waste management plans and grounds management strategies.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and under control.
  • Ensure adherence to all agreed health, safety, quality, and environmental accreditations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications.
  • Licensed Forklift Operator.
