Lead Disability Care Supervisor
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating individualised care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Effective management of operating expenditure to ensure financial performance of the Home Service site
- Ensuring team member awareness of each individual requirement
- Providing support aligned to the person's plans, goals, and requirements for personal hygiene and living skills
- Delivering accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an audit trail and maintenance of progress notes
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service (SIL).
Duties Include:
- Managing financial resources effectively
- Coordinating care plans and services
- Supporting clients with complex needs
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders

About You:- Experience in the Disability sector, particularly with complex behaviours and mental health challenges, is essential
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders
- A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regarded
- Availability to work some weekends and overnights where required, as well as holding or obtaining necessary certifications
