Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package with a salary of around $120,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses. Job DescriptionThis role is accountable for up-skilling our practitioners, using superior clinical and product knowledge to drive business improvement and ensure excellence in service delivery. The Clinical Training Specialist - Hearing Care will be responsible for delivering practitioner coaching programs, preparing training plans, and conducting induction programs for new practitioners.
You will also train through various methodologies, including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions, and develop and update training modules to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Required Skills & Qualifications- A minimum of years of experience as a QP audiologist
- Proven ability to supervise university students and/or new graduates
- Passion for training and service excellence
- Confident public speaking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required
- Highly organised and deadline-driven individual
