Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Training Specialist - Audiology to join our team at Amplifon Australia. As a key member of our makemorepossible team, you will play a vital role in up-skilling our practitioners and making a significant difference in the business.

About the Role:

This full-time Audiology Training Role involves delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our practitioners. You will be responsible for creating tailored coaching plans, preparing training sessions, and conducting induction programs for new practitioners. Your expertise in clinical and product knowledge will enable you to train through various methodologies, including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver practitioner coaching programs that cater to individual needs
  • Prepare comprehensive training plans for identified areas of improvement
  • Train practitioners through a range of methodologies, including e-learning, online, and face-to-face sessions
  • Conduct induction programs for new practitioners, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles
  • Administer on-the-job training to enhance practical skills
  • Develop and update training modules to reflect changing industry standards
  • Support interns and OSTA throughout their internship journey
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a QP audiologist
  • Proven track record of supervising university students and new graduates
  • Passion for training and service excellence
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel and participate in training events
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven with a proven ability to deliver results
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus.
