About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Sensing Expert to lead our team in developing cutting-edge quantum magnetometers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with experts in quantum sensing to design and develop new technologies for various industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop state-of-the-art quantum magnetometry and auxiliary hardware using cutting-edge technology.
- Characterise sensor modifications to improve fielded sensor performance.
- Work closely with technical leadership to execute internal development programmes.
- Liaise with partners to support business and product development.
- Share results through presentations and written reports.
- PhD in atomic, molecular, or optical physics or a related discipline.
- Experience working with hardware similar to quantum sensors.
- Proficiency in Python programming for numerical simulations and analysis.
