This includes ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements, effective cost control, and efficient project running.

  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
  • Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
  • Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
  • Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
  • Involvement with tendering/estimation
  • Raise RFI's and track responses

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading and completing multiple construction, refurbishment, and remediation projects, as well as experience with tier 2 clientele.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a similar discipline/experience
  • Proven ability to positively influence, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to self-manage own workload while ensuring project efficiency and a positive team environment
  • Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
