Employment Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an Employment Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work with clients to explore their career goals and provide tailored support to help them achieve meaningful employment.

About the Role

In this role, you will work collaboratively with employers to identify and create career opportunities that match client needs and skills. You will also be responsible for championing inclusive employment practices and promoting workplace diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match client skills and interests
  • Championing inclusive employment practices and promoting workplace diversity
  • Engaging with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies
  • Brokerage of work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility
  • Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants through adjustments and disability confidence training
  • Facilitating employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • Building employer and community networks to create job opportunities
  • Promoting our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks
About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience in employment services or a genuine passion for helping others, you are confident in supporting clients and guiding them into meaningful careers. You are outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
