We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they navigate their way back into the workforce.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored return-to-work plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective solutions.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. A tertiary qualification in occupational therapy and registration with AHPRA are essential requirements for this position.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also require a strong understanding of workplace culture and the challenges faced by injured workers. Your ability to advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goal of promoting wellbeing, recovery, and successful return to work.
