With 75+ homes built each year, mostly in the $500k–$1M range, they offer turnkey homes with better quality, more inclusions, and less waste while protecting the environment.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager to lead the coordination and supervision of our on-site installations and site fitouts, predominantly located within 400 kms of Warwick, with occasional travel further afield.

This is a proactive role focused on project coordination, supervision, and quality control, rather than just construction delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong residential building background, be comfortable with regular regional travel, and possess a hands-on leadership style with limited office work.

Responsibilities include:

Undertaking site assessments

Overseeing on-site works, including coordination, compliance, and quality inspections

Coordinating subcontractors and day-to-day site activities as required

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and building standards

Reporting back to the Operations Manager on progress, risks, and site issues

Maintaining a strong site presence to support project execution

The successful candidate will possess:

A licensed QBCC Low Rise Site Supervisor qualification (essential)

A strong residential building background

Comfortable with regular regional travel

A hands-on, practical leadership style

Ability to communicate well with both trades and management
