About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Ingle Farm. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the educational programs and practices within the centre, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.
