Job Summary

The Corporate Risk Intelligence Lead is responsible for overseeing analysts, managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality data analysis and reporting, and driving strategic insights to support key business decisions.

This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
  • Project Management: Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
  • Certifications: CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.
