Job Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
  • Project Management: Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
  • Certifications: CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.
