We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Risk Intelligence team. As the Team Lead, you will oversee analysts, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting. Your strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills will drive strategic insights to support key business decisions.

This role demands expertise in project management, data analysis, and business partnering. You will be responsible for aligning projects with team strengths, defining scope and deliverables, monitoring progress, and managing risks. Additionally, you will guide data collection and analysis, interpret trends, develop reports, and support regulatory and audit requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of analysts; conduct performance reviews; identify training needs; foster collaboration; and support professional development.
  • Project Management: Align projects with team strengths; define scope and deliverables; monitor progress; and manage risks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Guide data collection and analysis; interpret trends; develop reports; and support regulatory and audit requests.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain standards for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in analytics within financial services or BSA/Risk; 7-10 years preferred.
  • Certifications: CAMS, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.
