**Aboriginal Engagement Lead Role**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective engagement strategies with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, fostering meaningful relationships and providing strategic advice to inform content and operational matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to address issues affecting the organization.
  • Developing and implementing tailored engagement plans and projects in line with community impact objectives.
  • Providing expert analysis and advice on Indigenous policy matters to inform content, cultural protocol, and operational decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in leading Indigenous engagement functions or projects and providing senior-level advice.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus in complex environments.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including meeting deadlines and determining priorities.
