Job Overview

This role oversees all training delivery across the country, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building relationships with customers and government agencies.

The successful applicant will lead by example, upholding high standards and demonstrating success in a similar senior role within an RTO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation strongly aligned with organisational values and high-quality student learning outcomes;
  • Support multiple teams across the organisation to meet strategic objectives and KPIs while adhering to regulatory requirements with direct management of all trainers and assessors;
  • Develop and implement a workforce engagement strategy to ensure that trainers and assessors engaged are of high quality and meet current and future student demand;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in TAE or higher educational qualifications;
  • Qualification in Auditing, Business Management or similar;
  • Ability to meet ASQA Fit & Proper persons requirements.

  • Working closely with other department heads to ensure all aspects of day-to-day delivery and assessment are being delivered professionally;
